When the Chupa Chups Licensing department asked us to help them create an advert that was fun but also impacting and that illustrated what the brand could offer to licensees, we decided to go the heart of the matter. What Chupa Chups essentially offered was to bring light and colour to products that were blank. That’s how we thought up creating a machine that would do this. We didn’t want to illustrate it, but physically build it. Out of cardboard, of course. That’s how after hours and hours of work, we ended up with a magic artefact that turned simple objects into objects filled with life and fantasy.
